Can I confirm the PTP for the free size is 110cm, thus this is supposed to be loose fitting?

Thank you for your enquiries. Yes, the fit is not meant to be tight. The pit to pit measurement for the blouse, when laid flat is 48cm. So, it would fit bust best up to about 96cm. If your bust measurements are more than 96cm, would suggest taking XL instead. Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.
